We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange eligible items. Our goal is to ensure you love every piece you order from Sesistyle.


📦 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Tags must be attached, and original packaging should be included.
  • You must include a receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We want to be upfront—some items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and customization reasons. These include:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (such as swimwear or undergarments)
  • Items returned after 14 days

🔁 Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries! We gladly accept exchanges on eligible items.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Email us at sesistyl@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Let us know which item you’d like to receive instead (size/color/style).
  3. Once approved, return the original item to us.
  4. When we receive your item in original condition, we’ll process and ship the exchange at no extra cost for the replacement shipping.

💰 Refunds

After we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (wrong or damaged item).

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • For exchanges, Sesistyle covers the cost of sending out your replacement item.

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, we sincerely apologize. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing support@sesistyle.com with photos and your order details. We’ll make it right immediately—no additional costs to you.


🕰 Processing Time

Please allow up to 3 business days for your return or exchange to be processed after we receive it. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.


📬 How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process:

  1. Send an email to sesistyl@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if needed).
  2. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Carefully pack your item and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your request.
