- Refunds are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on:
- Items purchased on sale or during promotions
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Orders where return/refund is requested after 14 days

To request a refund:

- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
- If approved, we’ll share return instructions or process the refund directly (for damaged/missing products)
Note: Return shipping costs (if required) are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
