Cancellation Policy
At Sesistyle, we aim to process your orders as quickly as possible—because we know you’re excited to receive your items! However, if you need to cancel an order, we’ve got a simple process in place to help you out.
🕐 Order Cancellation Window
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, your order will likely be processed for dispatch, and cancellations may not be possible.
- If the order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel or modify it.
- For items marked as Final Sale or part of a limited-time deal, cancellations are not allowed.
❌ Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be canceled once placed:
- Orders that have been shipped
- Orders including custom-made or personalized items
- Orders placed using discount codes during a promotion
- Final sale or clearance items
✅ How to Cancel Your Order
To request a cancellation, please email us at:
Include the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The reason for cancellation
We’ll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm whether the cancellation is possible.
💳 Refunds on Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved and the order has not yet been shipped:
- A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Refunds typically take 5–14 business days to reflect in your account.
