We currently deliver only within India. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. SESI is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, some items like panties and shapewear may not be eligible for return. Please refer to our Return Policy for complete details.
